New Domestic Movie Poster for THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN

We recently posted the international poster for Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson's great looking upcoming film The Adventures Of Tintin: The Secret Of The Unicorn. The trailer for this movie is supposed to be released online tomorrow so when it's released we'll get it up for you to watch. I love these posters that have been released so far. 

The film was written by Edgar Wright, Steven Moffet and Joe Cornish and has a great cast of actors that includes Jamie Bell playing the lead character Tintin, pictured in the poster. The film also stars Andy Serkis as Captain Haddock, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost as Thompson and Thomson respectively.  Daniel Craig plays Red Rackham. We also have Cary Elwes, Toby Jones, Mackenzie Crook and Daniel Mays. 

Here's the synopsis for the film:

“The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn” is the first in the series of 3D motion capture films based on the iconic character created by Georges Remi, better known to the world by his pen name “Herge” and is due for release in 2011. The film stars Jamie Bell as Tintin, the intrepid young reporter whose relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a world of high adventure, and Daniel Craig as the nefarious Red Rackham. Bell and Craig are joined by an international cast that includes Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Gad Elmaleh, Toby Jones and Mackenzie Crook. The second feature in the series is scheduled to be directed by Peter Jackson, with a potential for a third film as well. Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson will bring Herge’s stories to life employing state-of-the-art performance capture technology developed by Jackson’s Weta Digital.
