Michelle Williams to Join OZ, THE GREAT AND POWERFUL

Michelle Williams is currently in talks with Disney to join Sam Raimi's next film OZ, The Great and Powerful. If she is ends up taking the role she will play Glinda, the good witch. Williams is perfect for this part, not only is she a great actress, but she looks like she could easily pull off the goody goody witch look. I hope she takes it because she''ll be awesome as this character.

The script was written by Mitchell Kapner and David Lindsay-Abaire. James Franco is set to play, "a snake oil salesman who finds himself dealing with real magic when his balloon carries him into a fabled land and he runs into genuine witches." Rachel Weisz plays the character is Evanora, "a powerful and evil witch who intends to rule the land. She is the sister of Theadora played by Mila Kunis and tries to seduce her to the dark side."

The new fantasy film starts shooting this July in Michigan, and I am extremely excited to see what Raimi has planned for this. What are your thoughts on Williams joining this movie?
