Michael Bay and James Cameron discuss 3D in TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON

Paramount Pictures and The Hollywood Reporter brought Michael Bay and James Cameron together last Wednesday. While on stage they shared their thoughts on the future of 3D technology and how it was used during the filming of Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Cameron has always been on the cutting edge of motion picture technology. He is basically responsible for the adoption of the state-of-the-art stereoscopic boom by the film industry. Before Bay shot the upcoming Transformers in 3D, he was not too keen on the use of the format.  Here is a higlight video from the event where Bay and Cameron talk about the pros and cons of 3D.
