Is this Our First Look at Catwoman in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES?

This may or may not be our first look at Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises. I'm very skeptical of this image for the fact that looks pretty cheap, and I'm not impressed with the suit. I would have thought Nolan would come up with something a little better. The image comes from AICN who received an e-mail that said,

Thought I'd try and send some emails to random domains with thefirerises and looks like I got a hit! Try thefirerises@hotmail.co.uk and see what happens!

They sent an email to the address above and received the image above from Selina Kyle. I'm not sure if this is an official viral campaign or a hoax. I guess there is the possibility that them image above could be Anne Hathaway as Catwoman. What do you all think about picture?
