Alan Rickman says goodbye to Snape and the HARRY POTTER franchise

Alan Rickman has said goodbye to his role of Professor Snape and the Harry Potter franchise with a touching letter in Empire Magazine. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 will not only be the end of the series, it will be the end of a chapter in the lives of fans across the world. I have read every single Harry Potter book and seen each film, immersing myself in the fantasy. It has been cool to see Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint grow up befor our eyes.
