Colin Hanks slices his way onto DEXTER season 6

Colin Hanks is set to join the cast of the sixth season of Showtime's hit series Dexter. He will join Michael C. Hall in a large role. Earlier we shared a teaser trailer for the upcoming season. At this time there are no details available about Hanks' character. There has been some speculation that he will be playing Dexter's nemesis. 

David Nevins, Showtime's President, revealed there will be multiple villains in season 6. Here is what Nevins had to say:

"It is not [about] one big bad. There's one interesting story that will move through the season, and it will be cast very interestingly, but it's not exactly that one person."

Production may already be under way on the sixth season, with episodes to debut in the fall. I recently watched Hanks in Untraceable, where he was killed by a serial killer. He is a great actor and one that I think will make a nice addition to the cast.
