1978 Lois Lane SUPERMAN Auditions Video
Warner Bros. has released the audition screen test videos for some of the actresses that were up for the role of Lois Lane in Richard Donner's 1978 Superman film. The original audition video features screen tests from Stockard Channing, Ann Archer, Leslie Ann Warren, and Margot Kidder. Christpher Reeve is also a part of the screen test, in costume, playing the Man of Steel.
It's cool to see the different personalities for each actress and how very different Lois Lane would have been if any of them other than Kidder landed the role. But, you can't deny that out of all the choices, Kidder was the best fit for it.
This video was included in the Superman: The Motion Picture Anthology which is being released later this month. Watch the video below and tell us what you think!
