Matthew Fox and Ed Harris Cast in WORLD WAR Z
According to recent reports LOST star Matthew Fox and Ed Harris have signed on to star in the highly anticipated epic zombie film World War Z, based onthe book by Max Brooks. They will join director Marc Forster, and the previously announced Brad Pitt, Mireille Enos, Anthony Mackie and James Badge Dale.
The story is set 10 years after a global zombie epidemic, Pitt is set to play a UN researcher who is gathering stories of the great zombie war. The film chronicles a worldwide zombie outbreak through the first-hand accounts of survivors. Fox will be playing "Parajumper", Dale will play Capt. Speke, an American soldier who tries to alert authorities that the zombie threat is real, and he's stuck in a military detention center when the zombie outbreak begins. Enos (The Killing) was cast as Pitt's wife, a mother of two girls. No word on who Harris will be playing in the film yet.
Both Fox and Harris are great actors and will make a great addition to the cast of this film, that I can't wait to see. The film is set to start production in London this July.
