20th Century Fox has released another awesome new trailer for Rise of the Planet of the Apes. The trailer contains some new footage from the film, and I really like the way it plays out. I honestly never thought I would get excited about this movie, but now I can't wait to see it! The CG animation in the film from Weta is just amazing to me, the apes look so real and the emotion that is shown in the eyes of these apes is just so creepy.

The movie hits theaters on August 5th, and stars James Franco, Freida Pinto, John Lithgow, Brian Cox, David Oyelowo and Andy Serkis.

Official Plot Synopsis:

RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES is an origin story in the truest sense of the term. Set in present day San Francisco, the film is a reality-based cautionary tale, a science fiction/science fact blend, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy.
