MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - GHOST PROTOCOL trailer to premiere before TRANSFORMERS
Audiences will have one more reason to pack theaters for Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The Film Stage is reporting that a trailer for Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol will premiere before the film. This marks the second major trailer to debut before the sequel. It is also reported that fans will see a brand new Captain America: The First Avenger trailer.
It is not known if the scenes shot in IMAX will be shown in IMAX in the trailer, but the trailer will definitely be attached. Brad Bird makes his live-action directorial debut with Ghost Protocol. The trailer is said to run 2 minutes and 15 seconds, and is a no brainer for Paramount. The story is still under wraps, but has a great cast. It stars Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Paula Patton, Vladimir Mashkov, Michael Nyqvist, Josh Holloway, Lea Seydoux, and Anil Kapoor.

- The Eminem song is: Won’t back down ft Pink.
- The building that explodes in the beginning is the Kremlin building. It was bombed. They accuse IMF of the bombing so they have to escape.
- Jeremy Renner’s line in the end is: “You’re not gonna make it.” Tom replies: “You’re not helping.” Then he starts swinging across the building side.
- The dialoge between Tom and Simon Peg goes as follows. They are testing a glove that can help you climb buildings. It has different colors on the fingertips.
Simon Peg: “Blue is glue.”
Tom Cruise: “And what about red?”
Simon Peg: “Dead.”- The mission impossible theme is a rock/metal remix.
- There are a lot of scenes in Dubai.
- Party scenes are in the trailer. And we see a lot of girls and fancy cars.
- There’s this scene were some cars crash into each other. Tom jumps away while a car bumps right over him and just misses him. This takes place in the dessert.
- The phrase: “Your mission, should you chose to accept …” is being said.
- At the end it says: “This December”.
Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol arrives in IMAX theaters on December 16th, 2011, and Transformers: Dark of the Moon shows at 3D and IMAX theaters at 9pm on Tuesday, June 28th. I am very excited to see this film and see Renner and Cruise on screen together. The cast is really amazing and Bird will prove himself as an amazing director.
