New HBO Show DA BRICK based On Mike Tyson’s Early Life

Over at Hollywood Reporter we found that Mike Tyson is going to have a show on HBO.  Kind of how Entourage is loosely based on Mark Wahlberg’s life, is how Da Brick is going to be for Mike Tyson.  Tyson has teamed up with Spike Lee, John Ridley and two men that brought us Entourage Doug Ellin (creator) and Jim Lefkowitz. The show is set in Newark, New Jersey and will be directed by Lee.

I am interested to see what they bring to the table.  Tyson has lead such an interesting life.  Not always good, but interesting.  A brilliant athlete that was not ready for all of the fame and money.  I wonder how “loosely” the show really will be.  Let us know what you think.
