E3 2011: Entertainingly Weird Game Trailer for NEVERDEAD

Konomi has a released a new trailer for the upcoming video game NeverDead, which looks like a very whacky but fun video game. This game has got some weird stuff in it, but I kind of enjoy the humor that is shown in this trailer. This is one of those games I don't know much about, but I might actually enjoy playing it because of how odd and different it is. On top of that is looks entertainingly action-packed and violent. 

The player controls a wise cracking human demon hunter named Bryce, who was cursed with immortality five-hundred years ago by a demon king. Now in modern times, he hunts demons for money and revenge and continues his hunting escapades with a female private investigator in order to stop a demonic invasion that has nearly destroyed the city.

The protagonist is an immortal, and will be able to survive taking severe injuries. The player will however lose their body parts over time and will have to collect the removed limbs by rolling into them. Players can cause large objects to crush them when they are near enemies, harming the enemy, but not the player. Gameplay will also feature puzzle elements. A female partner will assist the player, however she will not be immortal and so the player will have to take damage to protect her.

There's no release date set for the game yet, but It might hit later this year. Watch the trailer for the game below and tell us what you think! Does this game look strangely playful to you as well?
