Appelbaum and Nemec rewriting TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES reboot

Paramount has hired Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec to rewrite the script for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot. Earlier we reported that Art Marcum and Matt Holloway had been hired to write a draft. Appelbaum and Nemec recently wrote the script for Paramount's Mission: Impossible --Ghost Protocol. They have also done a rewrite of Now You See Me, being directed by Louis Leterrier for Summit Entertainment.

Platinum Dunes partners Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form are producing the reboot. I am really interested to see both MI:4 and this new Turtles film. I am confident that Appelbaum and Nemec will be able to handle this rewrite. What are your thoughts on this news?
