First Official Look at Ridley Scott's PROMETHEUS
Ridley Scott’s Prometheus is one of my most anticipated upcoming sci-fi films, this is Scott returning to the sci-fi genre, coming back to his roots to create alien awesomeness. We’ve seen a few set photos from the film, but 20th Century Fox has released a new promo teaser image from the film to quench your Prometheus thirst.
Visionary filmmaker Ridley Scott returns to the genre he helped define, creating an original science fiction epic set in the most dangerous corners of the universe. The film takes a team of scientists and explorers on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover the answers to our most profound questions and to life’s ultimate mystery.
The film has a great cast of actors that includes Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie and Logan Marshall-Green. It was written by Damon Lindelof, Jon Spaihts and Scott, and the movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on June 8th 2012.
