During the Marvel Television panel Jeph Loeb shared some new information on some upcoming live-action shows that they are currently developing. So here's what's going to go down in the live-action Marvel Television department.

We've previously heard about some of these projects, shows like Hulk which is being developed by Guillermo del Toro, Cloak and Dagger and a AKA Jessica Jones series. Here are the details that were revealed.

The first series that Loeb brought up was aka Jessica Jones which will be set up at ABC. It’s  based on Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos comic book Alias, which Loeb described as a story about a failed superhero. he then joked, "We obviously can't call it 'Alias,' thank you JJ Abrams." Loeb went on to reveal that the show would feature Carol Danvers and Luke Cage.

The story follows a character named Jessica Jones, a former costumed superhero named Jewel who left that avocation to become a private investigator. The running thread is Jessica's character development, as the layers of her past and personality are revealed to the reader while, simultaneously, she tries to come to terms with them herself.

The next project that was brought up was  the Del Toro Hulk project, which he described as "a brand new take on the character" set in the early years of Bruce Banner, this is before "before everyone knew his secret," and the series will be focused on the love story between Banner and Betty Ross.

Cloak and Dagger was the next project announced, which would air on ABC Family, this is a story that centers on "two teenagers who discover each other and find their powers both complement and complicate their lives." The big news here is that the series will be set in post-Katrina New Orleans. When Loeb made this announcement one of the fans sitting behind me yelled "Holy Shit!"  to which Loeb replied, "You can come to every panel."  The show is being written by Twilight Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg.

AKA Jessica Jones is one of Marvel's Max line of more mature comicbook titles.  The story follows a superhero names "Jewell" who is forced to retire after having post-traumatic stress disorder brought on by her lifestyle of fighting crime. She goes by the name Jessica Jones and is in her early 30's and runs a detective agency.  Once she settles down, she realizes she still has a drive to help people -- and finds herself assisting other superheroes.

The final live-action TV project announced was Mockingbird, which will also be on ABC Family. This series will depicting Bobby Morse as "a Peter Parker Nerd" who is recruited to a secret organization. So she will be a student by day and a special agent by night.

All of these live-action TV series sound like they are going to be entertaining. I’m looking forward to seeing every one of these projects come to life, but I have to say I’m mostly excited for the Hulk! Which of the series announced above are you looking forward to most?
