JUDGE DREDD Cover and Images from Empire Magazine

Here's the newest magazine cover for Empire Magazine giving us a full on shot of Karl Urban as Judge Dredd, and I don't know about the rest of you but I think Urban is going to be awesome in this role! The film is currently in production, and is being directed by Pete Travis (Vantage Point) who is working from a script written by Alex Garland (28 Days Later, Sunshine)

Here's the synopsis for the film:

Dredd hits theaters September 21st, 2012.
