Theatrical trailer for THE IDES OF MARCH starring George Clooney and Ryan Gosling

Here is the theatrical trailer for The Ides of March directed by and starring George Clooney. The political thriller is based on Beau Willimon’s play Farragut North. The story follows a young press secretary who falls prey to dirty backroom politics as he works to get his candidate elected in a tight race. Ryan Gosling, Paul Giamatti, Marisa Tomei and Evan Rachel Wood also star in the film. Clooney and producing partner Grant Heslov wrote the adapted screenplay.

I am a huge fan of Clooney and Gosling. I loved Good Night and Good Luck, which Clooney also directed so I am excited to see this film. I also enjoy a good political thriller and this one looks pretty cool. Check out the trailer below:

Synopsis:
