Does TORCHWOOD have a bright future on Starz?

One of my favorite panels from Comic-Con this year was for Torchwood: Miracle Day. I loved it because the cast had such a great time together on stage. I have been enjoying the show and am excited to see what is to come. The Television Critics Association press tour is in full swing. IGN reports that Starz exec Chris Albrecht said "the cable network was happy with the critical response and ratings for the show so far, but no firm decision has been made on another season."

Albrecht went on to say that he "didn't necessarily think Torchwood would turn into a yearly series for Starz – but rather they would talk with series creator Russell T. Davies about whether he had an idea for a new storyline, and not rush him until the time he is ready"
