New CONAN THE BARBARIAN UK Trailer

Here is a new trailer for Lionsgate's reboot of Conan The Barbarian. I still love the original films that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger based on Robert E. Howard's books. This film looks as though there will be a ton of action, but it has a completely different feel than the original films. I think that there are a lot more characters. The movie was directed by Marcus Nispel and stars the Jason Momoa as Conan, Stephen Lang, Said Taghmaoui, Rachel Nichols and Leo Howard.

Synopsis:

Conan is a young Cimmerian man cast adrift in the world by the brutal murder of his father and the destruction of his village. Driven by the need to avenge himself upon the evil Khalar Zym, Conan learns to steal, seduce, and fight his way to his goals. He soon discovers, however, that there are greater things at stake than his own personal quest: an unearthly malevolence stalks the world, and it may be up to Conan himself to save Hyboria from ruin.

Conan The Barbarian is set to be released on August 19th 2011.
