New trailer for the Martial Arts Film WU XIA
A new trailer has been released for a awesome looking Martial Arts fantasy film called Wu Xia. I am really enjoying the martial arts films being released these days. They are fun, exciting and innovative. The filmmakers are always looking for new and different ways to blow people minds.
Wu Xia is a martial arts action film that was co-directed by Peter Chan and the iconic Donnie Yen. This film looks like it has some pretty incredible action sequences and set pieces.
Here's the synopsis for the film:
Liu (Yen) is a papermaker, leading a simple life with his wife Ayu (Tang Wei) and their two sons. Into their remote village comes Detective Xu (Takeshi Kaneshiro), who is investigating the deaths of two bandits during a robbery. Xu quickly realizes that the incident in question was no ordinary botched robbery — and his dogged inquiry threatens to dredge up the dark secrets of Liu’s buried past, threatening not only Liu and his family, but the entire village.
