New Trailer for Taylor Lautner's ABDUCTION
I'm sorry people, I know some of you think this movie Abduction looks good, but I'm really having a hard time getting behind it. It's a cool concept with an amazing supporting cast like Danny Glover, Sigourney Weaver, Alfred Molina, Michael Nyqvist, Maria Bello, and Jason Isaacs. But I just can't get past Taylor Lautner's freakin' face. The bad dialogue and poor acting skills doesn't help his cause either.
Hollywood just needs to stop trying to turn Taylor Lautner in an action hero because he's not, I'm just not buying it. The film was directing by John Singlton, and is set to be released on September 23rd. Check out the new trailer and tell us what you think.
Just listen to the way Lautner delivers these two line in the trailer... "Who ever these people are, I have to stop them," and "Not if I find you first." There is absolutely no badassery behind his voice. It doesn't even sound like he's traying to act tough.
Synopsis:
What would you do if you found your own picture on a missing persons website? Teen Nathan Harper (Taylor Lautner) finds himself facing this very dilemma. Setting out to uncover his real identity, Nathan quickly learns his parents are far from who they say they are. When the police, government agents and shadowy figures start to pursue him, Nathan’s quest for the truth erupts into a full-blown “Bourne”-like man-on-the-run thriller.
