Ben Whishaw cast in BOND 23?

Has Ben Whishaw been cast in Sam Mendes' Bond 23? That is what Comingsoon is reporting. Details on the film have been pretty scarce aside from Daniel Craig and Judi Dench being confirmed to reprise their roles. Javier Bardem and Ralph Fiennes have been offered roles in the film, but nothing has been confirmed. Whishaw is attached to star in an unknown role. He starred in such films as Bright Star, I'm Not There and Layer Cake. 

Naomie Harris is rumored to be starring as Moneypenny in the film. A Bond film would not be the same without a "Bond Girl". Comingsoon reports that the film will feature a "beautiful English Agent" and a "Beautiful Asian woman" named "Severin." .
