THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Exits Pittsburgh - Leaves a Thank You Note

Christopher Nolan and the rest of the The Dark Knight Rises cast and crew have left Pittsburgh, and they left a nice little thank you note for them in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette pictured above.

Since they've been filming in the city we've seen a ton of video footage and photos from the set. From what we've seen there's a lot of shit that goes down in Gotham City between Bane, Catwoman, and Batman. There was way too much information of the film revealed from all of the stuff that hit the net. Thankfully the production has moved to Los Angeles, where shooting will take place from September 3rd to September 23rd,  after that they will wrap up production in New York. Hopefully we won't see much more raw set footage from the location shoots, but I don't think that will be the case. I'm sure there will be more images and videos hitting the net soon. I'd much rather have the studio release some more awesome official images. 

The highly anticipated movie is set to be released on July 20th 2012. At this rate of leaked set footage we'll know everything that will happen in the film before we see the first full trailer.
