HALO 4 is the First part of the New Reclaimer Trilogy

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm a big fan of the Halo series, and I'm excited as hell that we are going to get a whole new trilogy of games following the adventures of Master Chief. We knew Halo 4 would be the first in a new trilogy, but now a few more details have been revealed. The new Halo series will be called The Reclaimer Trilogy.

According to OXM the story will follow focus Master Chief exploring brand new areas with new weapons, vehicles, and enemies. It was also revealed that the major focus of the fourth game will involve the ancient race who actually created the Halo system... The Forerunners.

There's no confirmation that the Forerunners will be in the game, but it was explained by OXM that the players "will be able to experience Forerunner architecture when it's not completely inert and empty. You do the maths."

I'm excited to see how this all plays out.
