Jesse Eisenberg Cast to Go Against Himself in THE DOUBLE

Like the hot commodity that he is, Jesse Eisenberg is getting roles left and right. This latest casting news comes from Vulture.  They have gotten the news that JE has been cast in Richard Ayoade’s film version of Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s The Double.  Here is the synopsis that vulture gave.

For those unfamiliar, it’s about a Russian government clerk whose life unravels after what he believes is a literal facsimile of himself — same appearance, same name, same hometown — begins working in his office.
