Rumor: Cillian Murphy Returning as Scarecrow in DARK KNIGHT RISES?

A rumor has hit the internet that Cillian Murphy may end up reprising his role of Scarecrow in The Dark Knight Rises. According to CBM several different eyewitnesses claim to have seen the actor on the LA set of the film, and even a possible scene description revealing how he fits into the story. 

Nolan brought Murphy back for The Dark Knight Returns for a small part, and I imagine it's not to far-fetched to think that Nolan would do it again. Again this is all just a rumor, but the following scene descriptions might end up being a Spoiler if their true, so you've been warned.

Here are the descriptions:

Cillian Murphy is returning in TDKR. You can see him at Union Station in Los Angeles, but at least that's where I saw him earlier on my way back home from taking spy photos. 

I couldn't take a picture of him because there are a ton of security guards, but he's definitely there. 

You can take this as 100% legit fact. 

Scarecrow is in TDKR. 

He was wearing a black robe, probably to disguise his suit underneath.

So they say this is 100% legit, but there's still no official confirmation. Now here's a detailed description of the scene they say was being filmed, from a separate source.

It appears that exile means walking a dangerous frozen river on the outskirts of Gotham. Which would coincide with the LA River scene filmed with Gordon and his men tip toeing awkwardly in the leaked video.
