Super Bowl Ad for Sacha Baron Cohen's THE DICTATOR

Here is the Super Bowl ad for Sacha Baron Cohen's The Dictator, thanks to Trailer Addict. The film was directed by Larry Charles (Borat, Bruno, Curb Your Enthusiasm) and also stars Ben Kingsley, Jason Mantzoukas, Anna Faris, Megan Fox, John C. Reilly, and J.B. Smoove. The film tells “the heroic story of a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed. It is inspired by the best selling novel, Zabibah and The King, by Saddam Hussein.”

Here's a short synopsis:

Baron Cohen plays a ruthless dictator who heads to the U.S. for a meeting at the United Nations and finds that his number two has replaced him with an unsuspecting sheepherder lookalike. As the dictator wanders the city, he meets the owner of an organic food store.

The movie is scheduled to be released on May 11th. I personally think is looks horrible and even more offensive than Bruno. I like comedy that pushes envelopes, but The Dictator is just out there for me. Check out the TV spot below, and share your thoughts.
