Michael Bay Say's TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES will be an Alien Race
As you've heard Michael Bay and his Platinum Dunes productions is producing a new live-action version of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon. I've actually been very excited about seeing what this new version would turn out to be like. But I'm not sure if you're going to like what Bay had to say about the movie in a recent statement he made about it at the the 2012 Nickelodeon Upfront conference.
When you see this movie, kids will believe one day that these turtles do exist, when we're done with this movie. These turtles are from an alien race, and they're going to be tough, edgy, funny, and completely lovable.
So will the title of the movie be changed to Teenage Alien Ninja Turtles, because if they are alien, they wouldn't be mutant unless they were mutant aliens, which means the title could be Teenage Alien Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Why do the Turltes have to be from an alien race? What's wrong with the toxic ooze!? I'm still interested ing seeing what they have planned for the movie, but this statement has completely thrown me off.
