Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd Will Re-Team for New Comedy

It looks like Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase will be working together again on a new untitled comedy. There's not a lot information about the project, but the news comes from Aykroyd who says on his Facebook page,

Chevy (Chase) and I are about to start work on a script concept for a comedy movie. Cannot say too much about the concept, but the joy of working with him again is one that I am extremely excited about. Chevy is one of my favourite people, and one of the great anarchistic and physically committed comedians in the business.

Both of these comedic actors started their careers on NBC's Saturday Night Live, and they've worked together a few times in films such as John LandisSpies Like Us, which is hilarious. Then Aykroyd directed a film with Chase in 1991 called Nothing But Trouble, and that was the last time they were seen together on the big screen.

I grew up watching these guys making great comedies during the 80's, and I'd love to see what they have in store for us now. We can only hope it turns out as funny as we know they can be.
