New TV Spot for Joss Whedon's THE CABIN IN THE WOODS

Thanks to Bloody-Disgusting, we have a fun new TV spot for Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard's horror film project The Cabin in the Woods. It stars Chris Hemsworth, Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford, Kristen Connolly, and Fran Kranz. The movie looks like it's going to be packed full of all kinds or awesomeness.

Here's a synopsis for the film:

A group of friends at a cabin retreat scratch the surface of something so massive and horrific that they can only begin to fathom it as time quickly runs out. If you think you know this story, think again. 'Cabin in the Woods' is a mind-blowing horror film that turns the genre inside out.

The movie is scheduled to be released on April 13th, 2012, and I'm looking forwad to it! It actually is set to premiere tonight at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin.
