Rian Johnson's LOOPER gets a Badass Teaser Trailer
Here is the first teaser trailer for Rian Johnson's Looper. The sci-fi thriller stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt, Paul Dano, Noah Segan, Piper Perabo, and Jeff Daniels. Venkman had the chance to see the teaser trailer at WonderCon this year, and have said nothing but good things. I am loving what I see here, and can not wait to see this in theaters.
Here's Official Synopsis:
In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented – but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a “looper” – a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good… until the day the mob decides to “close the loop,” sending back Joe’s future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination. The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and also stars Emily Blunt, Paul Dano, and Jeff Daniels. Ram Bergman and James D. Stern produce.

Looper arrives in theaters on September 28th, 2012. I love the look and feel of this film. It's great to see Jeff Daniels working with Gordon-Levitt again. Do you think Looper will be a game changer for the sci-fi genre?
