END OF WATCH Film Clip with Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña

Open Road Films has just released one of the film clips they showed at Comic-Con for their upcoming cop film End of Watch, which stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña. I think this film caught a lot of people off guard at the convention, and the reception for it was positive. I like cop movies, and this one looks like it has the potential to be great. The clip released shows the humorous side of the crime drama.

Here's the Synopsis:

A powerful story of family, friendship, love, honor and courage, End of Watch stars Gyllenhaal and Peña as young Los Angeles police officers Taylor and Zavala as they patrol the city’s meanest streets of south central Los Angeles.

Giving the story a gripping, first-person immediacy, the action unfolds entirely through footage from the handheld HD cameras of the police officers, gang members, surveillance cameras, and citizens caught in the line of fire to create a riveting portrait of the city's most dangerous corners, the cops who risk their lives there every day, and the price they and their families are forced to pay.

The movie also stars Anna Kendrick, Frank Gillo, and America Ferrera, and is set to hit theaters on September 28th. Check out the clip below, and let us know if it look like it will entertain you.
