THE BOURNE LECACY - New Featurette Gives You an Inside Look
It seems like there's a lot of excitement surrounding director Tony Gilroy's The Bourne Legacy. When it was first announced, I was skeptical that they wouldn't be able to pull it off, but it looks like they've done a great job. Universal pictures has released a new featurette for the movie in which the director discusses the movie with the film's stars, Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz. There's also some cool footage from the film included.
This latest film in the Bourne franchise expands the universe that author Robert Ludlum created. It's an original story that introduces us to a new hero named Aaron Cross. The first three films basically triggered the events that leads this character on an adventure to save himself.

The narrative architect behind the Bourne film series, Tony Gilroy, takes the helm in the next chapter of the hugely popular espionage franchise that has earned almost $1 billion at the global box office: The Bourne Legacy. The writer/director expands the Bourne universe created by Robert Ludlum with an original story that introduces us to a new hero (Jeremy Renner) whose life-or-death stakes have been triggered by the events of the first three films. For The Bourne Legacy, Renner joins fellow series newcomers Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac, while franchise veterans Albert Finney, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Scott Glenn reprise their roles.
The movie is set to be released in theaters on August 3rd.
