HOMELAND Season 2 has an Intense New Trailer

If you haven't jumped on the Homeland bandwagon yet it's not too late! This is an awesomely intense series, and I'm looking forward to to its second season. A new promo trailer has been released that shows over a minute of new footage from the series that plays along with a children's choir singing "Every Breath You Take"in the background. It's really quite a haunting rendition of the song.

The new season finds Carrie (Claire Danes) teaming up with the CIA for a new operation. Danes had this to say about her character,

She's suffering from a real crisis of confidence. She gets her mojo back, but it takes some time. I think she's a little less paranoid, a little less high-strung.

As for Brody, awesomely played by Damian Lewis, it seems like he's recklessly walking the line between congressman and terrorist spy.

The second season is scheduled to premier on Showtime on September 30th. Check out the trailer and let us know if you're looking forward to the new season!
