Shia LaBeouf says there will be Real Sex in NYMPHOMANIAC

So Shia LaBeouf is willing to do whatever director Lars von Trier wants him to do in his next movie Nymphomaniac, and that apparently includes having real sex on the set of the film while shooting the movie. The actor expalins in a recent interview that he is ready and willing to go all the way. 

The story follows the erotic adventures of a woman played by Charlotte Gainsbourg from her youth to age 50. Stellan Skarsgard and Nicole Kidman also star in the movie. This just sounds crazy to me, but I guess that's what we should come to expect from von Trier. The guy just makes jacked-up films. 

Here’s what Labouf had to say about about the whole sex thing in the MTV interview,

It is what you think it is. There’s a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says, ‘we’re doing it for real.’ And anything that is ‘illegal’ will be shot in blurred images. But other than that, everything is happening.

So my question is whats the point of "doing it for real" if it's shot in blurred images? That doesn't make any sense to me. If it's going to be blurred then it doesn't need to be done for real, right? Oh well, all I know is that LaBeouf is completely under the directors control, did von Trier brain wash him?
