Trailer for Clint Eastwood's TROUBLE WITH THE CURVE

"Get out of here before I have a heart attack trying to kill you!"

I'm a Clint Eastwood fan. I'll watch anything he does, and it's awesome to see him back in front of the camera. Here's the first trailer for his new baseball film Trouble With the Curve, which was directed by Robert Lorenz. This is actually the first movie in 20 years where Eastwood has acted under the direction of someone other than himself. It also stars Amy Adams, Matthew Lillard, Justin Timberlake, and John Goodman.

The story follows an aging baseball scout with vision problems named Gus. His daughter Mickey (Adams), reluctantly agrees to be his eyes on a crucial recruiting trip. Lorenz had this to say abut the story,

He gets his chance to prove whether he still has value as a scout—and as a dad. They’re having trouble communicating. They always have, and now they’ve come to a point in the relationship where it’s either going to change or it’s not. He needs a little help, and she decides it’s worth the effort.

Trouble with the Curve is set to be released on September 28th, and it looks like a good movie worth watching. Enjoy the trailer!
