Shia LaBeouf to Join the Erotic Drama NYMPHOMANIAC

It looks like Transformers star Shia LaBeouf is going to join Lars von Trier's new erotic drama called Nymphomaniac. He will be joining the already cast Charlotte Gainsbourg and Stellan Skarsgard.

The story "follows the erotic adventures of a woman (Gainsbourg) from her youth to age 50, as recounted to her husband (Skarsgard)." No word on how big LaBeouf's role is going to be, but he's been experimenting with the whole erotic thing recently. Especially in that music video he did for Sigur Ros in which he unleashes some full frontal action. He's obviously enjoying being an artist right now.

Von Trier plans on splitting the film project into two films, and will shoot a softcore version and a hardcore sexually explicit version of each. Von Trier is known for his crazy movies such as Antichrist, Malancholia, Dogville, Dancer in the Dark and more. So a film like this coming from him doesn't surprise me.

LaBeouf's next film is John Hillcoat's Lawless, which looks great. He also stars in the Robert Redford film, The Company You Keep, and most recently wrapped shooting another indie film project called The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman

If erotic dramas are your thing then maybe this is something you might like to see. What do you think of LaBeouf starring in an erotic film? It seems just like yesterday he was on the Disney series Even Stevens
