Paramount Pictures has released the film poster for Michael Bay's next film Pain & Gain, and announced that it will be released on April 26th, 2013.

The film is based on a true story, and it follows a pair of Florida bodybuilders who get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme involving a wealthy businessman that goes terribly wrong.

The script was written by Captain America scribes Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. It stars Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, Anthony Mackie, Ed Harris, Rob Corddry, Tony Shalhoub, Bar Paly, Rebel Wilson, Ken Jeong and Yolanthe Cabau.

This is a low budget film compared to the kind of epic budgets Bay is used to working with. I'm looking forward to see the action director show off his story telling skills.
