SoundTRAX: Nicolas Winding Refn's PUSHER Featuring Orbital

The new episode of SoundTRAX comes with a bit of a learning curve but I can bring you up to speed quickly. Those of you who are fans of Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn will be familiar with his 1996 debut film Pusher, which put him on the map for film audiences outside the Americas. The film (which later went on to become a trilogy) is a cult classic and a very early look at the style Refn would later adapt to his films.

Flash forward to 2012 and Refn is a household name amongst film buffs and has enough money to produce an English reboot of his first film in the style he has been working on since the mid 90's. He also snags British house gods Orbital to bring their signature House style to the film...the end result? Brilliance. Learn more about the film and the awesome soundtrack in this very special episode of SoundTRAX, and check the trailer out as well.
