Evan Peters on Quicksilver's Look in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST

American Horror Story's Evan Peters is playing Quicksilver in Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past, and in a recent interview with io9 he talked about his character and describes his look and what we can expect to see from the character in the movie. When asked if he would be sporting silver hair in the movie he said, "Yeah. Yeah, it's cool." He also went on to say that that he will be dressed in 1970 civilian clothing including jeans and "a pretty sweet jacket." He also talked about the director's innovative approach to getting Quicksilver's super-speed on film.

"It's quite a big room. It's super, super, super, super slomo. You can see raindrops frozen in the air. Stuff like that. It's amazing how that camera works... You don't do anything differently other than try to keep your eyes open in the bright light. And try to make it look cool, I guess."

It will be awesome to see this character in action. I'm also excited to see what Joss Whedon is planning for his version of the character in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on May 23th, 2014.
