Hilarious Trailer for Seth Rogen and Zac Efron's NEIGHBORS

A month ago a funny red-band trailer for the Seth Rogen and Zac Efron comedy Neighbors was released online, and today we have the official theatrical trailer for the film, which is just as entertaining. The movie looks like it's going to be a great comedy. I never thought I'd say this about a Zac Efron movie, but I can't wait to see this.

The story follows a young couple "suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby." So basically, Rogen and Efron go to war with each other, and it's going to be great! 

The movie was directed by Nick Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek) and also stars Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, and Craig Roberts.

It comes out on May 9th, 2014!
