IRON MAN Ride Announced for Hong Kong Disneyland
Disney has officially announced it's first Marvel-themed ride! It's called the Iron Man Experience, and it's coming to Hong Kong Disneyland! You know what that means!? I will never ride it, because I don't think I'll ever be making a trip to Hong Kong. Even if I did, I don't I would take the time to go to Disneyland. There is so much amazing stuff I would love to see instead. It's ok, though. I'm sure the locals will all enjoy it.
The ride is scheduled to open in 2016 and will feature a high-tech simulator kind of like Star Tours, only more advanced. The news broke at Inside the Magic, which says the ride "will send guests flying alongside Iron Man himself, fighting off bad guys (aliens?) throughout the skies and and streets of Hong Kong."
I've also included some of the concept art for the ride that was released. Hopefully we'll get to see some Marvel rides at the classic Disneyland theme park in the near future!
