IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Renewed for 10th Season!

TV FX by Joey Paur

I'm excited to report that FX has renewed It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia for a 10th season! How great is that?! I love this show, it's one of the funniest things that TV has to offer so I couldn't be happier that the show is still going strong!

The ninth season of the series, which stars Danny DeVito, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, Rob McElhenney, and Kaitlin Olson will debut in September 2013 and the tenth season will premiere in Fall 2014.

It was also announced that it will be moving FOX's new network FXX. Basically FX will focus on drama series and FXX will focus on comedy. It's set to launch on September 2nd.

The network also renewed The League for a sixth season, which will premiere sometime in the fall of 2014. Their latest series Legit was also renewed for a second season.

FXX also is looking to launch four new comedies in 2014, with six more the next year. It will also gradually role out late-night programming. The plan right now is to expand Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell to five nights a week. A couple new comedies we'll probably see include How and Why from Charlie Kaufman, and Chozen from the Eastbound & Down team, Grant Dekernion and Danny McBride.

I'm just excited Sunny will be back!
