Halle Berry Officially Joins X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST
As expected, Halle Berry has officially joined the cast of Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past. She'll be reprising her role as Storm. I've never been a big fan of Berry as Storm, but it's nice that she's willing to come back to reprise her role to keep the continuity.
The news comes shortly after Singer revealed that he also cast Omar Sy, the French star of The Intouchables. There's no word on who he'll play in the movie but there's speculation that he'll be playing Bishop, a mutant who travels back in time from a dystopian future.
The stars join the previously cast James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan, Hugh Jackman,Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, and Shawn Ashmore.
Fox has set the film to be released on July 18th, 2014. Are you happy to see Berry come back to reprise her role?
