CATCHING FIRE - Katniss, Haymitch and Cinna's Victory Portraits
Yesterday is was announced that we would be seeing some character victory portraits for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. We've already seen Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, and Stanley Tucci as Caesar Flickerman. Today we bring you three more featuring Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, Woody Harrelson's Haymitch Abernathy and Lenny Kravitz's Cinna.
We'll be posting more of these victory portraits as they become available. The movie will be released in theaters and IMAX on November 22nd, 2013.
Here's the synopsis...
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.
The movie was directed by Francis Lawrence and also stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Donald Sutherland, Toby Jones, Jena Malone, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amanda Plummer, Lynn Cohen, Patrick St. Esprit, Meta Golding, Bruno Gunn, Alan Ritchson, E. Roger Mitchell, Maria Howell, Stephanie Leigh Schlund, Sam Claflin, and Jeffrey Wright.
