INJUSTICE: GODS AMONG US - Opening Cinematic and Launch Trailer
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released the launch trailer and opening cinematic sequence for NetherRealm Studios upcoming DC superhero fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us. This is a fun game to play, and I think DC fans are going to have a lot of fun in this crazy alternate DC universe that has been created.
The opening sequence features Batman interrogating the Joker when a pissed off Superman flies in to finish the job. This sets the tone for the whole game. Although the CG animation used isn't top notch stuff, it's still fun to watch.
"Gods Among Us" debuts as a bold new fighting game franchise that introduces a deep, original story featuring a large cast of favorite DC Comics icons such as Batman, Cyborg, Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Deathstroke, Solomon Grundy, Superman, Lex Luthor, The Flash, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Bane, Catwoman, Shazam, Black Adam, Raven, the Joker, Doomsday, Killer Frost, Ares and more. Set in a world where the lines between good and evil are blurred, players will experience heroes and villains engaging in epic battles on a massive scale.
The game will be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U on April 16th in North America and April 19th in Europe. Checkout the new trailer and opening scene! I just don't see how Superman won't just destroy everyone.
