Hailee Steinfeld Cast in BARELY LETHAL

True Grit star Hailee Steinfeld is set to star in a new action comedy called Barely Lethal. The film is being directed by Kyle Newman from a scriptwritten by John D'Arco.

Steinfeld will play a 16-year-old international assassin named Megan who is raised at a boarding school that trains kids to be assassins. She has a quirky sense of humor but is clueless about normal life. She ends up faking her own death and enrolls as a senior in a suburban high school, where she discovers dealing with popularity is just as hard as living life as an assassin. 

Steinfeld is a fantastic young actress who will be next seen in the following films, Can a Song Save Your Life?, Romeo and Juliet,Ender's Game, The Homesman andThree Days to Kill.
