Tom Cruise Drops out of THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E.

Warner Bros. and Guy Ritchie are back on the hunt for a new actor to take on the lead role in their new film The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Tom Crusie was originally set to star in the movie, but he dropped out to focus on producing and starring in Mission: Impossible 5. Paramount Pictures plans to start shooting M:I 5 before the end of the year.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is based on a TV series which ran from 1964-68.  I've never seen the show, but the story follows "two agents of the United Network Command for Law Enforcement. With gadgets and their wits and charm, they fought the evil forces of Thrush."

Armie Hammer (The Lone Ranger) is still attached to the project, and Alicia Vikander (Anna Karenina)is in talks to join. I'm sure they'll find another solid actor to take over for Cruise. Any suggestions?
