Empire Magazine always seems to get the cool magazine covers. Here's the cover of their upcoming issue that features Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly, and Lee Pace as elves from The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

The story follows Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) as he journeys with the Wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) and thirteen Dwarves, led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) on an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor.

This is the second film in The Hobbit trilogy, and the journey continues on December 13th! Check out the trailer for the movie here.
