Joel Edgerton to Join Michael Shannon in Jeff Nichols' Sci-Fi Film
Joel Edgerton is in talks to join Michael Shannon in a new sci-fi film. It's being developed by Jeff Nichols, who worked with Shannon on his previous two incredible films Take Shelter and Mud.
As of right now there is no title or plot details. All we've heard is that it's been described as a present-day sci-fi chase film.
Edgerton is a talented actor who has been in films such as The Great Gatsby, Zero Dark Thirty, Warrior, and The Thing. He's currently shooting Jane Got a Gun and is also attached to the Whitey Bulger biopic, Black Mass.
Nichols is a great director, he has an imaginative storytelling style, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he's got up his sleeve for this movie. I'm sure it will end up being awesome. If you haven't seen Mud or Take Shelter yet, you need to check them out.
